Role: Motion Designer, GFX Compositor and Retoucher | Project: Dinosaur with Stephen Fry - Channel 5

A prehistoric environment via a 360-degree Dinosaur World, which has been designed to immerse viewers in a hyper-realistic representation of the jungles of the Jurassic period and plains of the Cretaceous period.

In this Channel 5 Original Documentary about dinosaurs, we encountered the challenge of working with questionable CGI. Our mission? To create designs that not only grabbed attention but also transported viewers to the awe-inspiring world of dinosaurs—from their breathtaking dawn to their dramatic extinction.

As a team, we quickly realised that the available footage lacked the compelling visuals we needed to enhance the endboards, captions, and motion graphics. To overcome this, we embarked on a creative journey to craft a striking prehistoric aesthetic from scratch. This unique approach allowed us to infuse all our clip-based content, especially on social media, with a cohesive and captivating look that truly brings the story of dinosaurs to life.

A glimpse into the layers which were stacked together to bring the Endboard elements to life and fit the tone the promo was going for.
